Jeff Kessel, a lifelong Red Sox fan, has joined the firm as Of Counsel and will chair the state and local tax practice areas.

Mr. Kessel was previously a partner in an international accounting firm and has advised corporate and individual clients on a wide variety of state and local tax issues. Mr. Kessel is a frequent speaker on state and local tax issues and has served on the editorial boards of several state tax publications, including the Journal of State Taxation.

Mr. Kessel is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar, the AICPA and the Pennsylvania Society of CPA’s. Mr. Kessel received his B.S., magna cum laude, from West Virginia University and graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law.
