Richard F. Rinaldo serves as the firm’s Chair of Trial and Appellate Litigation. Mr. Rinaldo’s practice is concentrated in a broad range of civil litigation, including both trial and appellate practice. Mr. Rinaldo has thirty years of representing corporate, municipal and individual clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in major commercial, trade secret, class action, unfair competition, intellectual property and municipal authority litigation.
The strength of our litigation practice rests on a sophisticated understanding of our clients’ businesses and our ability to execute creative solutions to the issues that private companies regularly encounter.
While we recognize that some disputes can only be resolved by a judge or jury, we strive to regularly help clients avoid the burden and expense of litigation through creative business solutions and the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation.
