Qualified Retirement Planning

Williams Coulson assists in the design and drafting of qualified retirement plans for small and large employers. Our experience includes drafting profit sharing plans, 401(K) and Roth 401(K)s, money purchase plans, and defined benefit plans, as well as 412(i) plans and ESOPs. Williams Coulson also advises clients on legal compliance and administration issues.

Nonqualified Retirement Planning

Williams Coulson assists in the design and drafting of nonqualified deferred compensation, supplemental retirement incentive, and bonus plans. We also assist in the design and drafting of stock based programs such as stock bonus plans, stock appreciation rights, and phantom stock plans.

Welfare Benefit Planning

Williams Coulson assists in the design and drafting of welfare benefit programs such as cafeteria plans, VEBAs, and multiple employer welfare plans.

Controversy Work

At Williams Coulson, we represent many clients before the IRS and DOL with regard to audits and voluntary submissions (EPCRS).

ERISA Litigation

Williams Coulson serves as an expert witness in matters of ERISA and tax litigation.
