Kathy Mott is the Executive Director of Williams Coulson.  Kathy has more than 15 years of managerial experience in both legal and general corporate settings.  She has been the firm’s principal administrator since 2005.

In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, she is also responsible for human resources, benefits administration, marketing, I/T and facilities planning, financial management including budget oversight and development of long-term business strategies for the firm’s partners.

Kathy currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Pittsburgh Legal Administrators Association and is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators.  She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Psychology from Baldwin-Wallace College.
