Daniel P. Johnson is one of the founding partners
of Williams Coulson.
Mr. Johnson’s law practice is concentrated in the areas of estate, tax
and business planning, estate and trust administration, and the
representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries of estates and trusts
involved in probate litigation.
Mr. Johnson has lectured on estate and gift tax at Duquesne University
School of Law and on estate, tax, and charitable planning topics
to various professional and civic organizations. He has been recognized
by his peers as one of the Best Lawyers in America® in the trusts and
estate practice and has been selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania
Super Lawyers.
Mr. Johnson is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh
School of Law, where he was an editor of the Law Review and awarded
membership to the Order of Barristers and the Order of the Coif. He
received his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State
University.
Mr. Johnson is a member of the Estate Planning Council of
Pittsburgh, and is an officer in the Probate and Trust Law Section of
the Allegheny County Bar Association. He is a member of the Real
Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the
Pennsylvania Bar
Association. Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
