Janet S. Lloyd is Of Counsel to the Firm. Ms. Lloyd focuses her law practice in the areas of tax, employee benefits, and retirement planning. She has over 13 years of legal experience covering a wide spectrum of issues.

She began her career with the IRS Chief Counsel's Office in Washington D.C., has worked in private practice, and has most recently spent over five years "in house" handling employee benefit matters for a multi-national corporation.

Ms. Lloyd received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, along with a Master of Laws in taxation from Georgetown Law School. Ms. Lloyd is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and began practicing with Williams Coulson in 1999.
