Stephen Pieklik is an associate attorney with Williams Coulson. Mr. Pieklik has handled a variety of transactional, corporate, and partnership matters, including real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has assisted with tax planning and the representation of clients in tax disputes with state and federal taxing bodies. Mr. Pieklik is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Pieklik received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh where he was an associate editor of the Pittsburgh Tax Review. Prior to receiving his law degree, Mr. Pieklik was awarded a B.S. in accounting from Miami University.

Williams Coulson is a Pittsburgh-based firm which concentrates its practice in estate, business, tax, corporate, and retirement planning services.
