The Employee Benefits Practice Group regularly assists in the design, drafting, and administration of qualified retirement plans for small and large employers. Our experience covers the full range of Defined Contribution plans, from 401(k) plans (with and without Roth Accounts), to ESOPs, as well as Defined Benefit plans. We also advise individuals and exempt organizations regarding 403(b) and 457 plans.
The Group works closely with the client’s advisors including CPAs, Third Party Administrators, and actuaries, and has significant experience in the creative design of Defined Benefit Plans to maximize the benefits for the owners of small employers, including professional practices. The Group also advises with respect to nonqualified retirement plans, including design, drafting, administration and compliance, including with Section 409A.
