Mary Jo Corsetti and Nathan Catanese obtained an award in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Orphans’ Court Division, of $500,000.00 in restitution for their client on grounds of unjust enrichment, undue influence, and the imposition of a contract. The issues at trial centered on whether the transfer of money was a gift. The Court found that a $500,000 transfer was not a gift.
