Tracey L. Maier is a partner with Williams Coulson and focuses her practice on estate planning, entity formation, and general corporate and business matters. Her secondary focus is estate administration.

Personal:

Tracey is married to her husband, Keith, and they have four school aged children and two dogs. They are big fans of Disney and the athletic teams at the University of Pittsburgh. She has volunteered as a coach for many years with the Montour Youth Soccer Association and is currently serving as its President. She has also volunteered with the PTA for many years and joined the board of the David E. Williams Middle School PTA as the Treasurer in 2022.  She and her husband also have run the concession stands at the home soccer games for the boys’ and girls’ soccer teams at Montour High School.
